Been out of home very often lately because of the weight management program that i am embarking on. These outdoor activities helps me in improving my business, it also act as a form of exercise for me ( I walk alot lately ! )

There is a very strong misconception that as long as you are taking the right amount of food with fruits and vegetables your health is definitely good. But, many people are ignorant to the fact that the Nutritionous value of fruits and vegetables have deteriorated tremendously as a result of the environment and manufacturer issue.
You also will notice that many people have reached an obese stage due to lack of exercise because of works, family commitments etc. Similarly, many of these people are still ignorant that an obese body condition can results in multiple illnesses that can be detrimental to one’s health state.
